Chess Masters required a sophisticated online platform where chess enthusiasts could play against each other in real-time, chat during games, and track their progress and rankings.

The Challenge

Creating a lag-free multiplayer experience with perfect game state synchronization was the primary challenge, along with implementing a robust chess engine that enforced all chess rules correctly.

Our Solution

We built a TypeScript-based application with Socket.io for real-time gameplay. The solution includes match-making algorithms, ELO rating system, game replays, and an advanced anti-cheating system.
